Tal como explica el propio Hallvard: "I want my photography to inspire others to make the journey to untouched landscapes and create their own magical moments. I owe so much to this sport, having taken me all around the world, and I want others to be able to experience the same. A trademark of my photos is a towering mountain in the background and pumping surf in the foreground, as I try to include as much surroundings, story and atmosphere in my content as I'm able to. If I can inspire one person to explore somewhere new I've succeeded with my photography".
